Juice pasteurizer

Juice pasteurizer is a device with which we can pasteurize juice. Still Pelikan 25 or Pelikan 50 is used to supply steam to the juice pasteurizer.

With the help of the pasteurizer we can regulate juice temperature. Juice flow is 1 l per minute or 60 l per hour.

It is made of stainless steel and it does not need a lot of space. Inside there is a 5 meter long spiral where the juice is heated.
