UNIVERSAL STILL PELIKAN 50
Universal 50-liter still is used for distillating fruit (distilling apparatus). It is a device for distilling home brandy and it distinguishes from the classic ones in its new, innovative way of liquefaction of alcohol steam. It does not need and independent refridgerator for cooling of the alcohol steam., therefore we do not need a lot of space to storage it.
Double bottom of the container is made of stainless steel and it prevents burning and sticking of the content.
We can also use the still for cooking of soups, stews, store for the winter, jam cooking. It is also very useful for pork and sausage preparation.

Description and technical data
The Pelikan 50 is a distilling apparatus made of still, where the alcohol under the force of heat steams, and of cooling device in which the alcohol steams condense. The still is made of stainless steel with double bottom which is the essential part of the whole distilling apparatus. It is laid into the kettle of stainless steel. On its front side there is an opening which purpose is to light the gas tank, on its upper side there are openings for ventilation.
Condenser or cooling device uses water for cooling. It is made of three straight pipes through the whole length of the refridgerator as pipe in pipe. It is assembled under incline. The outlet pipe is cooled by decant water so that the steamed distillate in it cools and liquefies.
